Jason was having a typical day at work when he started to feel some achiness in his lower back. He didn’t think much of it at the time. Later in the week he noticed the achy feeling again and over a period of time he started having the achiness more often and it was becoming more intense. He decided it was time to see a doctor for his pain. When he did he was told he had a bulging disk in his low back. He was put on some medications and physical therapy and for a while it did help but eventually he stopped having any relief. It was time for him to see his doctor again and this time his doctor suggested to see a surgeon.
Jason decided that was something he was not ready for. He had known people that were not happy with the results of their back surgeries. It was something he wanted to hold off on if at all possible. Within his first several weeks of treatments Jason began to see changes. He noticed himself sleeping better at night, co-workers telling him he was walking better, he was taking less medication for the pain.
