I have been going to an orthopedic surgeon for my lower back problems. I had a round of steroid injections and it had no effect and now they want me to do it again. Is your services covered with insurance . I have cigna through my employer. I have been off work since 4/12/2010. I’m set up for another trip to the orthopedics on 7/8/2010 but i’m searching for another option to corrrect my problem……….thank you
