Katrina had suffered for over 8 years with neck and shoulder pain.  She had progressively gotten worse over the last three months.  Katrina  was unsure how she injured herself. she thinks she may been lifting a patient out of a chair years ago.  Katrina’s pain was constant and had a tendency to increase at the end of the day.  When she turned her head the pain would increase.  Headaches had also become an issue.  Daily tension headaches had made her life hard for many years.  Her condition was interfering with her normal lifestyle, daily activities and work.  Katrina was miserable!!!
